Return & Refund Policy

At Pickrix, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you change your mind or face an issue, our return process is simple and transparent.

Return window

You have 15 days from delivery to request a return, which gives you time to check and test your product.

Eligible returns

  • Unopened and in original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories and documentation
  • Free from signs of use or customer-caused damage
  • Electronics that power on and function normally

Not eligible

  • Opened software or used activation codes
  • Hygiene-sensitive products such as earphones
  • Items missing packaging, accessories or manuals
  • Products damaged by misuse
  • Items returned after 15 days
  • Products without proof of purchase

How to return

  • Contact us at support@pickrix.com or +971 50 879 3035 with your order number, items and reason for return.
  • We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
  • Pack the item securely with all accessories and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer. Approved refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after inspection. Card refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to appear; bank transfers (including Cash on Delivery refunds) take 3 to 5 business days.
