1) About Pickrix

Pickrix is operated by Pickrix Trading FZCO, a business registered in the UAE (Trade Licence No. 64861), based at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai. We are a UAE retailer of consumer electronics and accessories. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Provide accurate and complete details during checkout.
Use the site only for lawful, personal purchases.
Do not hack, disrupt or misuse any part of our systems.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the purchase.

Specifications are based on official manufacturer information. "Global Version" items are international variants and some regional features may differ.

4) Pricing and payment

All prices are in AED and VAT-inclusive. We accept card payments, Apple Pay, Tabby, and Cash on Delivery within the UAE. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5) Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

6) Warranty and returns

All our products come with a 12-month warranty (see our Warranty Policy). Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery (see our Return & Refund Policy).

7) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, Pickrix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
