Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time), Monday to Saturday, are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Sundays and public holidays, are processed the next business day.

Delivery is typically completed within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Timeframes are estimates measured from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed.

Processing days are Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day, and public holidays may affect actual delivery time.
Delivery coverage
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only, to all Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. We do not currently offer international shipping.
