Shipping Policy
Pickrix Trading FZCO, a business registered in the United Arab Emirates (Trade Licence No. 64861), with registered office at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, ships orders across the UAE.
Delivery coverage
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only, to all Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping costs
- Free delivery on all UAE orders, with no minimum spend.
- All prices are VAT-inclusive. There are no hidden fees, and any charges are shown clearly at checkout.
Order processing and delivery time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time) are processed the same business day, Monday to Saturday.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Sundays and public holidays, are processed the next business day.
- Delivery is typically completed within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates
Delivery timeframes are estimates measured from the date of dispatch, not the order date, and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by location (remote areas), courier capacity, weather, traffic, public holidays, or an incomplete or incorrect delivery address. Please ensure your address, building name and contact number are accurate at checkout.
Tracking
Orders are delivered by trusted courier partners such as Aramex and DHL. You will receive tracking details by email or SMS once your order is dispatched. Our support team is happy to help with any delivery questions.
Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your package on arrival. If an item is missing or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and item, and keep the original packaging. We will investigate (including with the courier where needed) and, if the issue occurred in transit, provide a free replacement or a full refund at your preference.
